What would you like to inspect?
Choose a task for your model. Files and calculations stay in your private server session. Tools open in a new tab so an existing review stays open.
Review a revision — one session
Select two STEP files once. Get health, structure and sampled-distance findings together; retain unresolved stages. Save and reopen one session or export HTML.
New workflow · verification pending. No conformity or reprogramming decision.

Open a saved result
Choose a PartDatum JSON file. Revision, health, deviation, assembly, PMI comparison and Boolean records open directly in their tool after you follow the link. Other formats show their tool for manual opening. The file is read locally; no upload or new calculation. Revision sessions and revision notes: up to 128 MiB. PMI comparison reviews: up to 64 MiB. Other record types: up to 32 MiB for identification; each tool enforces its own opening limit.
The tool will check the complete record when you open it there.
Detailed tools
Check model health
Input: one STEP model or a saved health report.
Result: topology checks, Boolean diagnostics, tolerance observations and sliver candidates. Save JSON or a readable HTML report.
Box, thin-plate and overlapping-solid examples open saved observations.
Open Model health ↗Measure surface deviation
Input: two single-solid STEP files or a saved deviation record.
Result: sampled distances in both directions, point display and area-weighted estimates. Save JSON or HTML.
The box-shift example opens a saved measurement. Distances are unsigned; no automatic alignment.
Open Surface deviation ↗Inspect an assembly
Input: one STEP assembly or a saved assembly tree.
Result: parts, repeated instances, placements and source declarations. Save the tree as JSON.
Examples open saved trees. Source declarations are exporter statements.
Open Assembly structure ↗Review assembly revisions
Input: two STEP files, two saved trees or a saved revision review.
Result: candidate pairs, placement differences and unresolved paths. Search, filter and save JSON or HTML.
The example compares saved trees. Candidate matches do not establish component identity.
Open Assembly revisions ↗Measure two selected faces
Input: two single-solid STEP files; select one face in each. Saved measurements reopen read-only.
Result: sampled distances between those trimmed faces, in both directions. Save JSON.
The synthetic STEP example runs a fresh import; measurement starts only when requested. Old selections cannot be reused for a new measurement.
Open Face pair deviation ↗Record a face relationship
Input: two face inventories from STEP, or a saved Face review.
Result: inspect candidate evidence, record your reason and link a pair. Save JSON or HTML.
Examples open saved inventories. A link records a review decision, not proven physical identity.
Open Face review ↗Inspect part properties and volume differences
Input: STEP files or saved workspace reports.
Result: part properties, inspection records and two-direction Boolean volume differences within the supported scope.
Equal volume is not geometrical equivalence. Read each operation’s prerequisites.
Open Part workspace ↗Inspect transferred PMI labels
Input: one STEP file or a saved PMI inventory.
Result: transferred dimension, tolerance and datum labels, references and available raw attributes. Save JSON or readable HTML.
Preview: datum-name reading checked on synthetic examples. Semantic values, units and datum precedence remain unresolved; this is not GD&T validation.
Open PMI inventory ↗Compare recorded PMI attributes
Read two STEP files in your isolated server session or open two PMI inventories; inspect raw attribute count differences and unresolved labels. Save both sources in JSON or export a readable HTML report. No semantic GD&T or identity decision.
Open PMI comparisonReopen a saved result
Open the tool that created your JSON, then use its Open saved control. Assembly revision reviews include both trees. Face-pair measurements reopen as historical observations and require fresh STEP imports for a new measurement.
Readable HTML reports open directly in a browser; they cannot replace the complete JSON for reopening evidence. Source-declaration records in Health and Surface deviation are saved separately.
Runtime and package evidence
Package identity unavailable.
Snapshot identity covers application files only. It is not a signature, runtime certificate or CAD acceptance.
Preview limits and ending a session
Experimental runtime. Product and distribution acceptance remain open. Saved examples are previous observations; fresh STEP imports and calculations are labelled separately. No conformity certificate or automatic repair.
Saved-result links transfer supported JSON records locally; ordinary tool links do not transfer STEP files or results. Save records before closing pages. A new face-pair import replaces the server’s previous live pair; saved observations remain readable. Use End session and delete server files when finished; otherwise server files expire within 24 hours.
